What The Wind Knows

5 stars

What the Wind Knows is, without a doubt, my favourite book by Amy Harmon. From the very first page, I was completely captivated by the story, the characters, and the world Harmon created. The historical setting felt so vivid and alive, and the way Harmon blends history, magic, and romance is just flawless.

What I loved most was the emotional depth of the characters. Every choice they make, every struggle they face, feels authentic and heartbreaking. I felt every moment with them - the hope, the despair, the joy, and the love. Harmon’s writing is so lyrical and immersive that I felt like I was walking alongside the characters through their journey, experiencing everything firsthand.

The story itself is beautiful, layered, and incredibly moving. It’s a perfect balance of heart-wrenching emotion, tender romance, and moments of hope and resilience. The themes of love, sacrifice, and destiny are explored with such subtlety and power that I couldn’t put the book down.

By the end, I was completely emotionally invested and felt a mix of awe, joy, and heartbreak. This is one of those rare books that stays with you long after you finish it. It’s beautifully written, intensely emotional, and utterly unforgettable.
